Migos Rapper TakeOff has been killed, age 28.

Reports started coming in this morning that rappers Quavo and TakeOff had been shot in Houston, Texas. TMZ Hip Hop have now confirmed that Quavo wasn’t shot, but TakeOff was, and did not make it. He was 28 years old.

Details around what happened are still unclear, but it’s known that TakeOff, also known as Kirshnik Khari Ball, and his uncle Quavo, Quavious Keyate Marshall, were playing a dice game, when an altercation broke out, leading to TakeOff being fatally shot at around 2.30am local time, November 1st. Despite efforts to help, he was pronounced dead on the scene.

Reports from someone in the room say that TakeOff wasn’t involved in the altercation, and had been the “quietest in the room.”

Our thoughts are with his loved ones. Rest in power.
